The energy voucher will be sent by SMS to the recipient mobile number. Please ensure the mobile number provided is correct.
All vouchers show the validity period and contain a link to help them find the nearest PayPoint store to process their voucher.
PLEASE NOTE THIS VOUCHER DOES NOT SUPPORT BRITISH GAS
The energy voucher can be used:
a) to top-up the key meter / card meter
b) to use as payment towards their energy bill (provided that the invoice contains a barcode for over the counter payments)

This voucher can be used: in-store at any PayPoint location
